How do I access, share, and save reports?

Reports are available by 10am Pacific Time (PT)/ 1pm Eastern Time (ET) every Monday when there has been survey activity the prior week. Surveys must be completed by the previous Sunday at 3pm PT in order to be included in the following Monday’s report. If you expect a report and do not see one seeHelp! How do I access my report?

You will receive an email any time a new report is available with a link to access your report. You can also access your report(s) by:

  1. Sign in

  2. Click on the Community you’d like

  3. Click Reports in the left sidebar

  4. You will find the most recent report(s) at the top of the page 

How do I share my report?

To share one report you can print it or save your report as a pdf (see below) and share it directly with any individual(s).

To provide ongoing report access, you need to provide individuals with the right permissions:

  • Class Report - Invite the individual to be a Class Lead.

  • Community Report - Invite the individual to be a Community Member.

  • Network Report - The individual must be added as a Network Lead by PERTS.

How do I print or save my report?

Each year, Ascend, Catalyze, and Elevate close over the summer for enhancements and reports are deleted from the platform. If you’d like to keep any of your reports past the current school year, we strongly recommend you print them or save them to your computer.

To print or save your reports to your computer, you can:

  1. Access your reports

  2. Click Expand All to expand all charts & tables

  3. Click Print

  4. Once your print options appear, you can follow the prompts to print or Print/Save as PDF
