How should colleges invite students to participate in the Social-Belonging for College Students?

Generally, we advise making the program an important part of new student orientation and notifying students through as many channels as possible beginning at least a month before they arrive on campus.

Colleges that have used a combination of channels to invite students, including but not limited to: direct emails from various individuals, new student orientation checklists, new student websites and/or portals, printed materials, and calling students.
