How do I access, share, and save reports?

New reports are available Mondays, by 10am Pacific Time (PT)/ 1pm Eastern Time (ET). They are typically generated every Monday when there has been survey activity the prior week (through Sunday, 3p PT) and there are a total of at least five respondents. A few actions that may also trigger a new report are described below.

What actions trigger new reports?

New reports are available Mondays, by 10am Pacific Time (PT)/ 1pm Eastern Time (ET). When any of the following actions occur in a given week, a new report is generated the following Monday. 

  • Collecting Data: As described above, new reports are generated when there has been survey activity the prior week. Surveys must be completed by the previous Sunday at 3pm PT in order to be included in the following Monday’s report. In addition, a first report will only be generated when there are a total of at least 5 respondents. Thereafter, a report is generated when any new data is collected.

  • Roster Changes: when a Roster is altered, e.g., identifiers are added, edited, or removed from a Roster or Focal Group

  • Schedule Changes: when past and current survey dates are added or edited; updating or adding future dates will not trigger a new report

  • New Community Created: when a new Community is created and includes Classes from other Communities that have existing data, e.g., PERTS High School decides to create department-level Communities mid-school year


The following actions may sometimes create a need for a new report, but do not currently trigger new reports on their own.

  • Changing the name of an existing Focal Group or creating a new Focal Group without adding participants to the group

  • Changing the name of a Class/Group, Community, or Network

  • Changes to the Class composition of a Community

  • Changes to the Community composition of a Network

How do I access my report?

You will receive an email any time a new report is available with a link to access your report. You can also access your report(s) by:

  1. Sign in

  2. Locate the Community you’d like

  3. Click Reports under the Community name

  4. You will find the Community Report first, then Class Reports you have access to

How do I share my report?

To share one report you can print it or save your report as a pdf (see below) and share it directly with any individual(s).


To provide ongoing report access, you need to provide individuals with the right permissions:

  • Class/Group Report - A Community or Class/Group Lead must Invite the individual to be a Class/Group Lead

  • Community Report - A Community Member must invite the individual to be a Community Member

  • Network Report -  A Network Lead must invite the individual to be a Network Lead

How do I print or save my report?

Each year, Ascend, Catalyze, and Elevate close over the summer for enhancements, and reports are deleted from the platform. If you’d like to keep any of your reports past the current school year, we strongly recommend you print them or save them to your computer.


To print or save your reports to your computer, you can:

  1. Access your reports

  2. Click Show All Details to expand all charts & tables

  3. Click Print

  4. Once your print options appear, you can follow the prompts to print or Print/Save as PDF

How do I export data from my Network Report?

Premium partners with access to a Network can export a CSV file with Network Report data by completing the following:

  1. Access your Network Report

  2. Click Export

  3. Click Download CSV File

  4. Locate the file on your computer
