Yes, there are two ways individuals can change a survey response on a survey.
If a participant is mid-survey (e.g. has not submitted the completed survey), and wishes to return to a previous question, they can click the “back” button on their Internet browser. However, when the back button is clicked, the previously selected answer(s) will not appear for privacy purposes. The participant can select a new response(s) and then continue through the survey.
If a participant completes and submits a survey, they may retake the survey using the same participation code and identifier, during the same survey cycle. When this occurs, the second set of responses will replace the first.
